As team members, we focus on providing compassionate, high-quality care to everyone we meet. We are driven by listening to our patients and putting their needs first. Together, we change lives through the healing ministry of healthcare. Our team is all hands in!
Team Member Giving is our annual giving campaign where we come together, once more, to impact areas of our health system. From funding new equipment and programs to enhancing quality of care and services, the campaign makes a significant difference each year. Proudly, team members have pledged over $1 million in support since 2016.
We invite you to give a gift this year. You can participate in this year's campaign in multiple ways:

Team members who give a gift of $5 or more per pay period will receive a T-shirt that has been approved to wear onsite Friday through Sunday. Plus, all who participate will be entered to win two tickets to one of the seven LSU home football games.
2024 Initiatives:
This year’s campaign will support the following initiatives:
- Clinical Research: Gifts support the ongoing expansion of our program, deepening our commitment to discovery through research and evidence-based practice in both adult and pediatric populations, improving patient care and discovering new treatments and tests for diseases.
- Music Therapy: Gifts support the continued development of our music therapy program in the Baton Rouge market. From the Regional Medical Center to Children’s Hospital to our mental and behavioral health units, music therapy provides clinical interventions such as alleviating pain, easing anxiety and enhancing quality of life for the patients in our care.
- OLOL Fund: Gifts provide hospital leadership with the flexibility to meet the changing needs of our patients and team members, react to unforeseen challenges and pursue opportunities that lie on the horizon.
Since 2016, funds have supported the:
- Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital building campaign
- Infant Transport Sled purchase for the Pediatric Transport Team
- Colorful MRI, CT and Prep Room wraps that aid in the distraction of pediatric patients
- ALS Clinic patients and families through educational materials and improved clinic spaces
- Adult and Pediatric Palliative Care patients and families through personalized items of comfort, ceremonies of remembrance, and continuing education for team members
- Graduate Medical Education department through redesigned workspaces and educational tools
- FranU student scholarships to bolster the next generation of healthcare professionals

How do I sign up?
Click Payroll Deduction button above and give a gift through payroll deduction or by credit card.

When will my deduction begin?
Your donation will be deducted from the first or second payroll cycle after you sign up.

When is the deadline to sign up?
This year’s campaign is open from September 4 – October 4.

Are there incentives for giving during this year's campaign?
Team members who give a gift of $5 or more per pay period will receive a T-shirt that has been approved to wear onsite Friday through Sunday as well as be entered to win two tickets to one of seven LSU home football games.

When will I receive my T-shirt for donating?
Team members will receive their T-shirt for giving at the $5 per pay period level in November or December. We order the t-shirts after the campaign ends so that we know what sizes are needed. T-shirts will be unisex sizing.

Are my deductions tax deductible?
Yes. You will receive a tax letter from Our Lady of the Lake Foundation in January for the previous calendar year's giving.

What if I'm already donating through payroll deduction?
Team members who signed up last year or have an ongoing deduction do not need to sign up again this year. Your contributions can be managed in Oracle. Instructions can be viewed here.
