Participating in team member giving at St. Dominic's not only enhances a sense of community and camaraderie among colleagues but also provides personal fulfillment by directly supporting vital programs and services. By contributing, team members help sustain initiatives that benefit the entire community, making a lasting impact while feeling valued and supported.
Team Member Giving is the Foundation’s annual giving campaign where we come together, once more, to impact areas of St. Dominic & St. Catherine’s Village. From funding new equipment and programs to enhancing quality of care and services, our campaign makes a significant difference each year.

Team members who enroll in payroll deduction with a gift of $5 per pay period will receive a Hearts of Hope T-shirt that has been approved to wear onsite on Fridays through August 29, 2025.

2025 Initiatives:
- Cellphone Charging Stations: Adding charging stations throughout the hospital for patients, visitors and staff to stay connected.
- Microwaves: Additional microwaves added to cafeteria and other areas of the hospital.
- Cancer Center
- Patient Needs Fund: Funds to ensure patients can focus on recovery not cost of care.
- Camp Blue Bird: Retreat for cancer patients, survivors that give them an opportunity to connect, heal and find hope.
- Women’s & Children’s NICU: Special needs for department.
- Sister Trinita Community Clinic: Restock of personal care necessities for clients.
- Massage Chairs: Additional massage chairs for team member relaxation throughout hospital.
- St. Catherine’s Village
- Team Member Computer Workstation
- Outside Eating Area Refresh
Since 2021, funds have supported:
- ED expansion
- Camp Bluebird
- Cafeteria Patio Area
- Cancer Center- Patient Needs Fund
- SCV for team members area with picnic tables and umbrellas

How do I sign up?
Team Members can sign up for payroll deduction through Oracle or you can complete one of our enrollment cards for automatic account withdrawal.

When will my deduction begin?
Deductions will begin the first pay period in June.

When is the deadline to sign up?
The campaign will run May 1st through May 31st and Team Members that sign up during that time will receive affiliated incentives. However, Team Members can enroll at any time through Oracle.

Are there incentives for giving during this year's campaign?
Yes, Team Members that sign up for a recurring gift of $5 or more will receive incentives according their giving level.

When will I receive my T-shirt for donating?
T-shirts will be distributed during and after the campaign.

What if I'm already donating through payroll deduction?
The St. Dominic Foundation appreciates your continued support. If you increase your gift by $5, $10 or 20 per pay period, you would receive the incentives included for those levels.
